Craftsman Automation launches QIP issue of Rs 2,000 cr As on : 16-Jun-26 09:16
Craftsman Automation has opened a qualified institutional placement offer on 15 June 2026 to raise an amount not exceeding Rs 2,000 crore. The floor price for the said issuance is Rs 8,966.13 per equity share.

Attention Investors:

1. Stock Brokers can accept securities as margin from clients only by way of pledge in the depository system w.e.f. September 01, 2020.
